Escape from the Summer & Drums for the Drummer

Killer heat!!! The summer down in Chennai gets really ridiculous! Its the end of may and the temperature has reached its peak, i wonder if its still rising, coz fortunately, I got a chance to escape to a much colder place, Nairobi.. its like a 16 degress here with regular winds and surprise rainfall, and I'm happy to be enjoying it!












Also, to escape the heat (or maybe thats what you'll think!) our boys there in Chennai, have gone to, the only beautiful place of the South India, VataKanal (just a lil above Kodai ).. Its not just that, they've gone there but also its a ROAD TRIP!! Yes guys, its that awesome road trip, in the vintage Sumo, just like the last time, during August of 2010!
The difference is, that i'm not there, and our homeboy MacYash has accompanied Guru, Parma, Heavy (lol he's supposed to be Tariq's replacement), Nitshit and Jihadi..
Well, i don't need to mention it now do I, okay I will..

Holy Sh*t!! I missed it! I miss you guys, and I wish I could join you in the second spiritual journey to the mountains of Vatakanal!

Anywho, on the other hand, to pass my time here in Nairobi, I somehow have joined an internship in the Cisco Systems... Yes, the world's leading Networking Consultants, Cisco.
I know, I don't deserve it.. But, I believe in destiny, and I got it..

The issue is that even here it gets pretty boring! When i'm not goin to the site, or i'm done with work.. its really boring! I've decided not to opt a computer relate job later in the future.. Pilot is all I'm gonna be!

Also, our boy, Yash has been trying to get a new Drum set from quite a while now, I hope he gets it soon, so we can get back to our jamming sessions. GET DRUMS!!

Other than all this, i'll be back to Chennai by the end of June, will sure be happy to meet my homies, my bike and my dogs after a loooong time! Hope they've got some great goodies back frm VataKanal!

The poker and the joker

Its poker all the way , and everybody has got their pokerfaces ON! but we all know whose got the best Pokerface in the world , none other than...

But then Darth Vader ,thats the revenge of the sith , but here at our table , its more like revenge of the Sett. Its pretty obvious sometimes , the faces are so dam obvious , like i could make a chart , maybe something like this..

So , you get the idea now? but mostly you'd just see the bad hands pokerface of Sett :P
Lotta other shit been happening lately , first of all , Did you guys know that some people believe that May 21 2011 the world is gonna end! (something to do with the bible) Well , so anyway if it does end and you happen to have read that its gonna end , just remember you read it @ Whatsthescene


PS  You probably must remember Spyro , you know that little innocent black lab , you must've seen a pic in an earlier post , well ,that bitch is drinking now!! So it was all fun in the night , but the the next day , after waiting two hours to use the loo , we get in to see this!!
